For most stations, pressing the green button on the side of the seat will allow it to swing open to accommodate a wheelchair. Once wheelchair mode is enabled, the weight / BMI test is automatically skipped.
For some stations, please use the grab bar affixed to the seat to transfer safely onto the station seat from a wheelchair. The seat is a scale and allows the participant to complete a weight test from the station, in addition to the other biometric and survey-based on-station offerings.

Our Stations are kept as accurate as possible in order to conform with FDA standards. We make sure that they are calibrated at the warehouse when we first put them together, at the store when we first install them, and then every year around their installation anniversary after that. We do recognize that sometimes things can happen that cause them to need to be re-calibrated outside of that yearly schedule to make sure they stay as accurate as possible, and we have a technician check and correct accuracy when we do hear of complaints or concerns regarding accuracy.
