Chris Dimos, Pharmacist, MBA

Chris Dimos is former President, Retail Solutions of McKesson Pharmaceutical Solutions and Services. In his role, Chris was responsible for driving the continued development of McKesson’s U.S. Retail efforts including the current retail pharmacy business, which includes large chain pharmacies, independent pharmacies, the Health Mart franchise, the pharmacy services administration organization (Health Mart Atlas), Branded pharmaceutical manufacturer relations, generic pharmaceutical sourcing, and the Consumer Package Goods category management teams.

Chris joined McKesson Corporation on the corporate strategy and business development team in 2013. In 2016, marketing for the McKesson U.S. Pharmaceutical division was added to Chris’ responsibilities.

Chris began his career as a staff pharmacist. He held several leadership positions prior to becoming President of Supervalu Pharmacies and Non-Foods Merchandising. Chris is a graduate of the Purdue University School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. He also earned an M.B.A. from Indiana University School of Business and completed the Kellogg Business School Management Executive Program and Cornell University Food Industry Management Program.

With a passion for representing pharmacy and making a difference in the industry, Chris has served on the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS), Mirixa Corporation, and the NACDS Foundation boards. He is currently a member of the NACDS Policy Council, Purdue University School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Dean’s Advisory Council and the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy National Board of Advisors.
